Yes we are. However, any company that is associated with the debt settlement industry is automatically given an “F” rating because the Better Business Bureau has concerns with the industry as a whole. Unfortunately the few companies out there that were a scam have given honest and legitimate companies through out the entire industry a bad name.

We are simply the referral service arm for consumer law attorneys who actively negotiate the debts for consumers. All attorneys are overseen by the state Attorney Generals and required to maintain their license in good standing. Any investigations into the individual attorney or firm are actively pursued by the Attorney Generals to insure the citizens are being properly represented.
